Job summary

Emma is seeking an Organic Marketing Lead to build Emma’s Organic Acquisition engine from the ground up in London. You will focus on growing organic customers via ASO, SEO, referrals, partnerships, content, and emerging channels, while owning CRM, product launches and lifecycle communications.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, analytical mindset, ownership of growth experiments, and a hands-on approach to drive scalable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, organic acquisition or related role.
• Proven track record of driving measurable organic customer acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with ASO, SEO, referrals or product-led growth.
• Analytical and experimental mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Entrepreneurial approach: autonomous, fast-moving, initiative from scratch.
• Strong execution and ability to manage multiple projects with commercial focus.
• Genuine interest in consumer technology, fintech and personal finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Emma’s organic customer acquisition across ASO, SEO, referrals, content and emerging channels.
• Identify, prioritise and execute new organic growth experiments.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve App Store and Google Play rankings, visibility and conversion.
• Grow non-branded search traffic through technical SEO, content and AI search optimisation.
• Identify new distribution opportunities through partnerships, communities and product-led growth initiatives.
• Analyse acquisition performance, identify opportunities and measure the impact of experiments.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing to implement growth initiatives.
• Own CRM and lifecycle marketing, including activation, engagement and reactivation campaigns.
