Emma Technologies LTD. seeks an Organic Marketing Lead to build and scale Emma’s organic growth engine from the ground up. You will own ASO, SEO, referrals, content and partnerships to drive sustainable customer acquisition with minimal paid spend.

You’ll lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, product launches and website content, measuring the impact of experiments and reporting on growth metrics. This role requires hands-on, entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or organic acquisition.
• Proven track record of independently driving measurable organic customer acquisition.
• Hands-on with at least one major organic growth channel (ASO, SEO, referrals or product-led growth).
• Analytical and experimental mindset with hypothesis testing and measurement.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale Emma’s organic customer acquisition across ASO, SEO, referrals, content and emerging channels.
• Identify, prioritise and execute new organic growth experiments.
• Improve App Store and Google Play rankings, visibility and conversion.
• Grow non-branded search traffic through technical SEO, content and AI search optimisation.
• Identify new distribution opportunities via partnerships, communities and product-led growth.
• Analyze acquisition performance and measure experiment impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to implement growth initiatives.
• Own CRM and lifecycle marketing activities, including activation and reactivation campaigns.
