Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst for its Growth Analytics team in the Leamington Spa studio. You will act as the early-warning radar for the mobile portfolio, building automated monitoring of revenue, spend, ROAS, and retention, and developing LTV models to steer UA decisions.

Beyond reporting, you’ll articulate opportunities with clear rationale, propose actionable strategies, and track impact with robust dashboards and tests.

Qualifications

• Several years of analytics experience in mobile games or app businesses with paid acquisition.
• Strong SQL and Python (or R); you enjoy building models, not just queries.
• Hands-on experience with LTV prediction, cohort analysis, and ROAS modelling.
• Solid grasp of experiment design and statistics.
• Commercial instinct: you think in outcomes and recommend actions.
• Clear communicator who makes data easy for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Be our early-warning radar. Build automated monitoring across revenue, spend, ROAS, and retention to alert the right people quickly.
• Build and improve LTV and ROAS models guiding UA targets.
• Help UA allocate spend efficiently across games and channels.
• Detect, diagnose, quantify, and present options when changes occur.
• Measure and communicate the real impact of initiatives to the team.
• Design and optimize creative testing, dashboards, and reporting to track performance.
• Tell clear, simple data stories to leadership.
