Job summary

Oner Active is seeking a Web & Digital Analytics Manager to lead data-driven decisions across our digital channels. You will own GA4, Contentsquare and Shopify analytics to optimise conversion and revenue.

You’ll translate customer insights into actionable recommendations, collaborate with Digital Trade, UX/UI, Marketing and Tech, and build dashboards that inform weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics.
• Hands-on GA4, Contentsquare and Shopify experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and customer journeys.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and SQL knowledge.
• Ability to turn data into clear business insights and actions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own web analytics across GA4, Contentsquare and Shopify.
• Analyse customer journeys, identify friction and conversion opportunities.
• Use heatmaps and session replays to uncover behavioural trends.
• Link customer behaviour to revenue metrics like sessions, conversion, AOV.
• Lead CRO testing from hypothesis to post-analysis.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Digital Trade, Marketing and Tech to improve the site.
• Build dashboards and reporting for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Deep-dive into new vs returning customers, journeys and product behaviour.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities for optimisation.
