Job summary

G.Network Communications is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing & Web Growth Lead to own the web platform, improve customer journeys and drive online orders across all owned digital channels.

You will oversee CRM and marketing automation governance, work with internal teams and an external agency, and use GA4 analytics to measure progress and inform strategy in a fast-paced London-scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a dynamic scale-up environment.
• Experience in digital marketing role within an agency or client-side.
• Combination of website experience and marketing knowledge.
• Experience managing content through a CMS and coordinating with agencies and developers to scope changes beyond the CMS.
• Strong digital analytics capability using tools like GA4.

Responsibilities

• Own the web channel to deliver excellent customer journeys and easy online orders.
• Lead website improvements and coordinate campaigns with the campaign team.
• Collaborate with an agency and internal developers to scope and deliver CMS and site changes.
• Report on changes with KPI improvements and governance of CRM/marketing automation.
