Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from existing customers to cross-sell relevant products.

• Negotiate competitive sales prices within authority limits and close deals.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and ensure strong customer experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; document insights in Excel.
• Log and respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in compliance with data protection rules.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to address customer needs.
