Clearline Recruitment Ltd in Albourne is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive new opportunities and nurture existing accounts. This office-based role offers a 25,000 base salary plus commission with OTE 30,000–40,000 per year.

You will convert opportunities, support customers by phone, email and online channels, and work with internal teams to fulfil orders. The ideal candidate has proven sales and negotiation skills, strong communication, and a proactive, numbers-driven mindset.

Role: Sales Account Manager
Location: Albourne (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
Pay: 25,000 basic + commission (OTE 30,000 - 40,000 per annum)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join one of our clients, an expanding and ambitious business based in Albourne.

The Requirements:

• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Positive, hardworking attitude
• Confident with numbers and metric measurements

Desirable:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales-based role
• At least 1 years' experience in an administrative and/or telephone-based role
• Experience converting opportunities and preparing quotations
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous customer service experience
