UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Greater London to partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in line with our brand values.

You will train colleagues, manage scheduling, oversee operations, stock control and visual merchandising, and contribute to achieving budgeted revenue goals while upholding safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet business goals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work through challenges.
• Ability to be agile to meet business needs, especially during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist in opening/closing, scheduling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Oversee training, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Drive store performance to meet revenue goals and brand standards.
• Coordinate with management and corporate stakeholders to satisfy market needs.
