Job summary

Thendon Resourcing Limited seeks a Registered Care Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in the UK. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, CQC compliance and strategic growth, with a salary in the £40,000–£55,000 band plus bonus.

You will manage client packages, support and develop staff, build community links and ensure high-quality care that enables people to remain at home. Private-pay market experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing a domiciliary care service.
• Experience in a CQC-regulated environment and understanding of regulatory responsibilities.
• Commercial mindset with ability to promote the service locally and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients and families, assess needs and implement suitable care packages.
• Support and develop the existing team to deliver excellent care.
• Assist with marketing and increasing the service's local visibility and community presence.
• Build relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals to strengthen the service's reputation.
• Develop capacity to take on more complex care packages while maintaining quality.
