Job summary

Thendon Resourcing Limited is assisting a Wiltshire-based domiciliary care provider to recruit a Registered Manager who will maintain high standards of care and drive growth. The role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality across the service.

You will manage a capable team, recruit staff, assess new clients, and implement new care packages. A Level 5 Health & Social Care Leadership qualification (or progression) and a full UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a domiciliary care service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
• Experience with Local Authority-funded care and commissioning.
• Level 5 Health & Social Care Leadership qualification or working towards it.
• Ability to lead and support a team whilst working autonomously.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service and maintain high care standards.
• Ensure ongoing CQC compliance and quality assurance.
• Support and develop the care team and recruit new staff as needed.
• Assess new clients and set up new care packages.
• Contribute to service growth and expanding number of packages.
