Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking a Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary and live-in care service in Bridport. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive service performance and ensure compliance with CQC standards.

The role focuses on staff development, budgets and building trusted relationships with private clients, families and local authorities to support growth and quality of care. A driving licence is required, salary £40,000-£50,000 with a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
• Commercial awareness with ability to support service growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the domiciliary and live-in care service.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets and profit and loss.
• Develop and manage office and care staff to drive performance and retention.
• Maintain high standards of CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance.
• Build relationships with private clients, families and healthcare professionals to support growth of privately funded care services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local authority commissioners and stakeholders as a framework provider.

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with private clients, families and healthcare professionals to support the growth of privately funded care services.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local authority commissioners and stakeholders as a framework provider.

Registered Manager Requirements:
