Job summary

Thendon Resourcing Limited in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service, ensuring high standards of care and continual compliance. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee CQC activities, support and develop your team, and drive growth of care packages while maintaining a stable, well-run service.

The role requires a Level 5 Health & Social Care Leadership qualification (or progression towards it), Local Authority-funded care experience, and

Qualifications

• Experience managing a domiciliary care service and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
• Experience with Local Authority-funded care and commissioning.
• Working towards a Level 5 Health & Social Care Leadership qualification.
• Ability to lead and support a team while working autonomously.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service.
• Maintain CQC compliance and drive quality improvement.
• Support and develop the care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Grow the number of care packages delivered.
• Assess new clients and set up care packages.
• Recruit staff and integrate new team members.
