Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in business development, partnerships, finance, accounting, or fintech.
• Academic background in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (C2/Native).

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective partners aligned with Moss’ priorities and assess fit.
• Build and manage the partnerships pipeline and outreach.
• Support partner relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Track activity in CRM and share updates to improve processes.
