Job summary

interactive investor is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead the GrowthTeam and drive customer acquisition through strategic alliances. You will identify and secure partnerships across recruitment, umbrella, accountancy, and financial services, nurturing relationships from onboarding to joint business plans.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Compliance to maximise partner value, monitor performance, and deliver commercial outcomes in a hybrid Manchester role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development or relationship management with a track record of growth.
• Strong relationship building, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers and drive outcomes.
• Commercially minded, proactive and growth-focused with a curious mindset.
• Experience working across teams to deliver campaigns and objectives.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the partnerships strategy to drive customer acquisition and growth.
• Identify, secure and develop strategic partnerships across sectors.
• Own and grow partner relationships from onboarding to ongoing development.
• Represent interactive investor at events and meetings to generate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Growth to maximise partner performance.
