Job summary

BSS, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is hiring an Internal Account Coordinator to support both external account managers and our trade customers. In this role you’ll coordinate quotes, process orders, and help grow the portfolio by offering proactive account management.

You will work Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, enjoy 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, a contributory pension, and other colleague perks as part of a leading building supplies group.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proactive and positive attitude to take initiative.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and trade customers.
• Developing understanding of products, services and systems.
• Supporting external account managers with quotes, order processing, and proactive account management.
• Managing a portfolio of small to medium accounts to drive growth and service.
