Job summary

Whitbread in London is seeking an Ecommerce Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive digital performance and customer experience. You will own website and app performance analysis, tracking conversion and revenue trends, while influencing trading decisions at senior levels.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product and CRM, lead A/B testing initiatives, and help deploy new features and campaigns.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
Interpret end-to-end customer journeys; surface actionable insights driving commercial performance.
Experience supporting a trading-focused commercial team.
Experience translating performance data into clear insights that drive revenue, conversion and testing ideation.
Advanced knowledge of A/B testing and optimisation.
Understanding of experimentation methodologies, including test setup, significance, and incrementality.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI).
Building and interpreting dashboards to communicate performance trends.

Responsibilities

Own and analyse website and app performance to unlock growth opportunities.
Track daily conversion and revenue trends and deliver deep-dive performance insights.
Lead insights in weekly trading forums and collaborate with Marketing, Product and CRM.
Contribute to the launch of new features, campaigns and A/B tests.
Refine testing capability by supporting sophisticated A/B experimentation and long-term performance trends.
