Job summary

Whitbread PLC is seeking an eCommerce Analyst to join our Commercial Analytics team in London. Hybrid working, permanent role focused on turning data into revenue growth across our digital platforms and customer journeys.

You will analyse digital performance, evaluate product changes, design tests, and develop dashboards to monitor commercial initiatives. Collaboration with eCommerce, Product and Marketing teams will be key to driving digital revenue and improving customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar high impact analytical role.
• Strong experience analysing digital performance across websites, apps or online customer journeys.
• Excellent commercial awareness, with ability to connect performance data to revenue and business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse digital performance across our website and app, identifying trends and opportunities relating to traffic, conversion, revenue and customer behaviour.
• Evaluate the impact of product changes and optimisation initiatives, measuring commercial benefit and providing recommendations for future improvements.
• Design, measure and interpret tests to improve digital performance and conversion rates.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that support monitoring of commercial initiatives, marketing activity, customer journeys and user experience programmes.
• Partner closely with other teams across Commercial, such as eCommerce, Product, and Performance Marketing, to maximise digital performance and revenue growth.
