Job summary

Servisgroup seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to support our Sales Executives in hitting targets and advancing the company’s sales goals. The role focuses on client relations, account management and B2B sales, leveraging LinkedIn, email, telesales and face-to-face meetings.

The successful candidate will lead, motivate and collaborate with a small Essex team at our Loughton office, with a hands-on approach and a readiness to learn our services.

Qualifications

• Must have experience selling and upselling services.
• Must have experience with B2B sales with a keen eye for detail, drive, and determination.
• Must have experience delegating, leading, and motivating a sales team.
• Must be eager to bring on new ideas, think out-of-the-box, hands-on approach.
• Must be people orientated, positive and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our Sales Executives are hitting targets and working towards sales goals.
