Job summary

Winsearch is seeking a Business Development Advisor in Driffield. This proactive, telephone-led role develops a pipeline of qualified enquiries, researches opportunities, and builds client relationships to support the sales team.

You will manage leads, CRM data and follow-up, working closely with marketing. Hybrid working is available, with office and home-working days, and a commission-based earning structure with potential OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, lead generation or business development.
• Ability to build rapport with new prospects.
• Strong follow-up and CRM management.
• Good research, communication and organisation.
• Full driving licence and access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective business customers by telephone and email, introducing the services available.
• Research companies, sectors and market opportunities to identify potential customers.
• Build rapport, ask the right questions and understand prospects' requirements.
• Qualify new enquiries and pass suitable opportunities to the relevant sales colleagues.
• Manage leads, notes and follow-up actions accurately within the CRM system.
• Support targeted business development and marketing campaigns.
• Respond professionally to incoming enquiries and direct them to the right person.
