Job summary

Zest Food Jobs is partnering with a premium consumer goods business to recruit an experienced eCommerce Account Manager for its expanding commercial team. The role focuses on accelerating online sales growth across Ocado, Amazon, and the company’s own website.

You will own key digital accounts, drive promotions, monitor performance and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to maximise online revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, food & drink, or consumer products.
• Experience supporting or managing a D2C eCommerce website.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key online retail accounts.
• Lead the day-to-day management of Ocado and Amazon.
• Deliver sales, profit and growth targets.
• Plan promotions, launches and joint business initiatives.
• Monitor pricing, availability, search visibility and digital shelf performance.
• Optimise traffic, conversion and average order value.
• Support digital campaigns, product launches and promotional activity.
• Work closely with marketing on SEO, email, paid media and social commerce.
• Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Use sales and analytics data to generate actionable insights.
• Track competitor activity and emerging eCommerce trends.
• Recommend initiatives to improve online revenue and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Category teams.
