Job summary

Lotus Bakeries seeks a Digital Sales Executive to grow our UK e-commerce business. You will manage the Ocado account (Nakd & Trek) and support the Amazon channel across all Lotus brands in the UK.

You will optimize product listings, drive SEO and collaborate with supply chain, finance and marketing to hit targets. This is a full-time role based at our St Albans offices, four days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in FMCG e-commerce or sales.
• Strong communication and team player.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership mindset.
• Able to work independently and go the extra mile.
• Enthusiastic about Lotus brands and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ocado account day-to-day.
• Support Amazon account for all Lotus brands in UK.
• Proactively optimize Amazon catalog for SEO.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance and marketing teams to drive account performance.
• Track and report KPI progress to the UK team.
• Enhance brand visibility on the digital shelf and content quality.
