Job summary

Incline Gaming Marketing in London’s Farringdon area is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (User Acquisition) to lead user acquisition for our online casino and sports betting client portfolio. You will orchestrate campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other networks, driving down-funnel metrics and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading user acquisition strategy and scaling performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other UA channels.
• Strong understanding of CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, retention and LTV.
• Knowledge of marketing tech tagging and tracking systems.
• Agency or multi-market experience is a plus.
• Casino and Sportsbook experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UA strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan channel mix, budgets and targets.
• Identify growth opportunities, new channels and testing priorities.
• Execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other networks.
• Own bidding, targeting, creative testing and optimization.
• Troubleshoot under-performance and scale winning campaigns.
• Monitor CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback targets.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Translate performance data into actionable insight.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive results.
