Job summary

BettingJobs is partnering with an established gaming and entertainment brand to appoint a Head of Performance Marketing. You will own the acquisition engine, shape growth strategy, and lead a team to deliver profitable, scalable results in regulated markets.

You'll set end-to-end performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, programmatic and app channels, while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Senior performance marketing experience, ideally in iGaming or online gaming.
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition profitably with large budgets.
• Strong attribution, analytics and LTV-based decision making.
• Leadership experience and team development.
• Knowledge of advertising rules in regulated markets.
• Commercial, hands-on approach in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, programmatic and app channels.
• Manage and optimise a substantial marketing budget against CPA, ROI and LTV targets.
• Lead, develop and grow a high-performing team of channel specialists.
• Build robust tracking, attribution and reporting with data and BI teams.
• Partner with CRM, product and brand to improve conversion and retention.
• Keep all activity compliant with responsible gambling and advertising regulations.
