Xnurta is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel growth from our London office. You will identify and source highly qualified leads, test new lead-generation methods, and support the sales team with targeted outreach.

You will join a company recognized for innovative retail media advertising and be part of a growing team with clear advancement opportunities. This role is based in London with a structured salary plus commission and a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
• Familiarity with Hubspot, CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Ability to work from our London office Mondays - Thursdays.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads
• Outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, and social media
• Conduct discovery meetings to qualify leads; schedule product demos for the sales team
• Engage with prospects to understand business needs and communicate value
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted account strategies to drive revenue
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in Hubspot
