Vertex Education is seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join its Manchester team. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold issues.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential property, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a growing, supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Residential property experience required.
• Experience handling freehold/leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
