You will manage a busy caseload across sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters, while mentoring junior conveyancers and potentially taking on senior fee earner responsibilities.

The role offers rapid progression opportunities within a growing firm, with flexible working arrangements on a case-by-case basis and development through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced conveyancer.
• Preferred if qualified as Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
• Provide wider advice to junior conveyancers or paralegals and manage administrators/secretaries.
