You will oversee freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other conveyancing matters while liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors to move transactions forward in a supportive, growth-oriented firm.

• Experience in managing a residential property caseload from instruction to completion.
