Job summary

Sentra Care in Hertfordshire is seeking a Registered Manager to lead five supported living services, with a clear brief to grow the network and service user outcomes. You will work directly with the Director to ensure safe, person-centred care, oversee 2:1 to 3:1 packages, and keep services inspection-ready through audits and care planning.

Qualifications

Experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to register with CQC.
Background in supported living, learning disabilities, autism or complex care.
Confident overseeing packages with 2:1 staffing or higher.
Self-starter capable of managing multiple services from day one.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

Acting as CQC Registered Manager for five supported living services across Hertfordshire.
Leading team leaders and support staff to deliver safe, person-centred care.
Overseeing packages from 1:1 to 3:1, keeping staffing, rotas and risk management aligned.
Keeping services inspection-ready through audits, care plans and safeguarding.
Supporting the opening of new services and arrivals of new people supported.
Growing the area towards 10 to 15 people supported alongside the Director.
Helping shape the structure and processes of a fast-growing organisation.
