Job summary

SAP Care Services is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service covering Reigate and the surrounding area. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day running, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and outcomes for the people we support.

You will line manage Care Coordinators, Team Leaders and Care Staff, maintain CQC compliance, and drive growth for the branch in line with service plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager in domiciliary care or similar regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to drive quality, compliance and outcomes for service users.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service in Reigate and surrounding area.
• Line manage Care Coordinators, Team Leaders and Care Staff.
• Maintain CQC readiness, registrations, and compliance.
• Lead on safeguarding and escalation of any concerns.
• Develop and update care plans, risk assessments and reviews with clients at home.
