Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Product Lead to own growth for major categories and drive revenue through a data-driven, AI-enabled roadmap. You will lead a cross-functional team, own the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to renewal, and run a high-velocity experimentation program with measurable impact.

The role emphasizes an autonomous, high-velocity environment and collaboration across functions to accelerate product-led growth for a global audience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including growth, funnel, or monetization roles.
• Deep fluency in experimentation and data.
• Experience using AI agents in day-to-day product work and a view on its impact.
• Strong communication and collaborative, autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Own growth targets, including new customer acquisition and retention.
• Set the product strategy and roadmap for the team, sequencing work by impact.
• Build and run a continuous experimentation program with cross-functional partners, backlog, multiple tests, metrics, and guardrails.
• Improve end-to-end customer experience across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, pricing, refills, and long-term retention.
• Communicate business state to leadership with clear metric updates and learnings.
