Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Product Lead to own growth across major categories, leading a cross-functional team and shaping a strategic roadmap. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from discovery to long-term subscriptions, with a focus on rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making.

The role centers on building and executing a high-velocity experimentation program, aligning with AI-driven growth, and communicating progress to leadership with clear metrics and learnings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including growth/funnel/monetization.
• Deep fluency in experimentation and data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with a low-ego, high-EQ style.

Responsibilities

• Own growth targets, including new customer acquisition and retention.
• Set the product strategy and roadmap for the team, sequencing work by impact and tradeoffs.
• Build and run a continuous experimentation program with cross-functional partners and defined success metrics.
• Improve end-to-end customer experience across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, pricing, refills and long-term subscription retention.
• Communicate the state of the business to leadership and partners with regular updates on metrics, experiments and learnings.
