Job summary

Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to join our Marketing Operations team. This role shapes how we scale paid digital creative across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, driving testing, learning, and commercial impact.

You will translate data into creative ideas, brief production teams, work with AI tooling for scalable outputs, and build a test-and-learn rhythm to retire underperforming work quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in performance creative strategy, paid social creative, growth creative, or performance marketing environments.
• Proven ability to develop creative hypotheses, testing plans, and structured learning agendas.
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into better creative direction.
• Strong briefing and communication skills, with confidence articulating creative rationale across media, brand, design and production teams.
• Experience working with AI tools and in highly automated environments.

Responsibilities

• Testing and strategy – Driving testing for paid creative across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms, developing structured hypotheses around messaging, format, visuals, and audience relevance.
• Creative briefing and Production – Translating ideas into practical, scalable assets and defining workflows for AI outputs.
• Performance analysis – Regularly reviewing paid creative performance and identifying what works and what doesn’t to inform next tests.
• Learning and scaling – Identifying winning patterns and scaling quickly while retiring underperforming work.
