Job summary

Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to join our Marketing Operations team. You’ll drive testing, strategy, and learning across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more to build paid creative that scales ideas and retires underperformers quickly.

Your data insights will shape creative direction, and you’ll brief production teams and design AI-driven workflows to ensure reliable outputs in a highly automated environment.

Qualifications

• Performance creative strategy and strong experience in paid social/creative environments.
• Ability to develop creative hypotheses, testing plans, and learning agendas.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into direction.
• Strong briefing and communication skills across media, brand, design and production teams.
• Experience with AI tools and high-volume consumer sectors is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Testing and strategy – Drive paid creative testing across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Creative briefing and production – Translate ideas into scalable assets and define AI workflows.
