Job summary

Hybrid Asset Solutions seeks a senior leader to own the division, shape its strategy with the Group Board, and drive its next growth phase. You’ll have direct access to the Founder and influence over strategy, culture and commercial success.

You’ll develop a three-to-five-year plan, identify growth sectors, own the division’s P&L, and lead a talented team across Build to Rent, maintenance services, EV charging and solar. Expect national travel and close collaboration with sister divisions.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in building services, M&E maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and profitable growth.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance contracts, compliance requirements and sector standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a three-to-five-year business plan agreed with the Group Board.
• Identify new sectors, service lines and acquisition opportunities to support growth.
• Take full ownership of the division's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, margins and cash flow.
• Grow market share across Build to Rent, maintenance and multi-site facilities management.
• Work closely with Hybrid Electrical Solutions to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
• Scale the EV chargepoint and commercial solar offering into a revenue stream.
• Lead bids and tenders for major maintenance and facilities management contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Ensure delivery is safe, efficient and compliant with industry standards.
• Drive operational excellence through workforce planning and KPI-driven improvements.
• Lead a culture of health, safety, quality and compliance across all operations.
• Maintain accreditations including NICEIC, SFG20, ISO 9001 and SafeContractor.
• Lead the senior leadership team and develop succession plans and career paths.
• Drive ESG, sustainability and social value reporting to the Group Board and investor clients.
