Axon Moore is representing a market-leading client seeking an exceptional Managing Director to own a high-growth product line and lead its next development phase. Reporting to the Group CEO, with dotted-line to the Chairman, you will have full P&L accountability and strategic oversight across the division.

• Significant commercial and operational leadership experience.
• P&L ownership and business growth.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience within a B2B2C environment with trade/channel routes to market.
• Understanding of product innovation, manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Experience operating within a group structure with CEO/Board-level stakeholders.
• Strategic capability to define direction and translate into action.
• Strong commercial judgement, financial discipline and data-led decisions.
• Gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and inspire teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset balanced with organisational discipline.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute the long-term strategy for the product line.
• Drive profitable revenue growth and develop new markets, channels and partnerships.
• Lead product innovation and maintain a strong IP position.
• Develop and evolve the go-to-market strategy.
• Scale operations and build a robust business plan and budget.
• Own revenue, EBITDA and cash performance across the division.
• Drive manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, logistics and quality excellence.
• Grow manufacturing capability and infrastructure to support growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing, accountable team.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, trade partners and suppliers.
• Act as an ambassador for the product within the wider market.
