Job summary

IN-HOUSE PARALLEL LTD is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead a growing, technically focused business through its next phase of development.

You will own financial performance, operational delivery and commercial direction, building a high‑performing management team while guiding strategy, governance and day‑to‑day decision making.

You'll work closely with shareholders and the Board, enjoying a structured handover and genuine autonomy to shape the future and deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in a technically led environment.
• Track record of driving growth, profitability and strategic execution.
• Strong understanding of project margins, cash flow and commercial risk.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop capable managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the business strategy and growth plans.
• Take ownership of revenue, profitability, cash flow, budgets and financial performance.
• Build and lead an effective management team across functions.
• Improve operational performance, project delivery and commercial controls.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support business development.
• Report to the Board with clear recommendations on performance and investment.
