• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing customer quotations and following up on outstanding opportunities.
• Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
• Tracking deliveries and providing updates to customers when required.
• Responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Building positive relationships with customers and supporting their ongoing requirements.
• Working closely with the Account Manager to ensure excellent customer service.
