Qualifications

• CIA/ACA qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients in the public sector, not-for-profit, or corporate sectors.
• Strong people management, coaching and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and deliver internal audit engagements for diverse clients.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members across audits.
• Monitor budgets and set assignment fees for quality delivery.
• Build strong client relationships to provide high-quality audits.
• Support business development and recruitment efforts.
