You’ll analyse channels, optimise the customer journey from enquiry to sale, identify untapped opportunities and turn insight into action.

Qualifications

• Senior-level within scaling B2C, ecommerce or online services business.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a track record of using data to influence sales strategy.
• Experience going beyond simply managing a sales team to shape the wider sales operation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse where customers are coming from and how channels perform to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and improve sales processes, develop new routes to market and implement operational changes.
• Turn insights into action and build the sales infrastructure to support ambitious growth.
• Operate as the architect of the sales operation, aligning processes, systems and performance.
