Lewis Paige is representing a well-established commercial law firm seeking an Employment Solicitor in Leeds with 1+ year PQE. You will join a busy Employment team and handle a broad range of matters for employers and employees.

You'll advise on tribunals, settlements, contracts, TUPE, and workforce issues, develop client relationships, and have opportunities for advocacy. The firm values professional development, supportive culture, and flexible working arrangements in a Leeds-based role.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s employment law experience.
• Experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and procedure would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail are important, with ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims and associated litigation
• Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
• Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and other workplace issues
• Drafting employment contracts, directors' service agreements and employee handbooks
• Providing employment law support on corporate transactions
• Advising on TUPE and related employment considerations
• Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Participating in seminars, networking and business development activities
