Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in employment law within a commercial or respondent-focused practice.
• Exposure to Employment Tribunal work is desirable.
• Experience with settlement agreements and advisory work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of employment matters including tribunal claims and litigation.
• Advise on settlement agreements and restructures/realignments as required.
• Provide day-to-day employment advice and support corporate teams as needed.
• Work with employer clients and respond to their employment needs and opportunities.
