A leading employment law solicitor role in Leeds at a top Legal 500 firm is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE. The firm emphasises innovation, collaboration and growth, offering opportunities to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters.

You will manage day-to-day caseloads, advise on misconduct, TUPE, grievances, and restructures, and conduct Employment Tribunal litigation up to a hearing.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years PQE in Employment law, England & Wales admitted.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Advise on misconduct, sickness absence, grievances, TUPE and restructures
• Conduct Employment Tribunal litigation up to hearing stage
• Draft and negotiate Settlement Agreements
• Provide advice on industrial relations and strike action
• Deliver training sessions to clients on employment topics
• Support partners on complex matters and contribute to business development
