Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking a Retail E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to own the online B2C business for a growing consumer brand. You’ll shape the e-commerce strategy, drive revenue and deliver modern digital marketing to expand the customer base.

You’ll develop social media campaigns, optimise the website and customer journey, collaborate with sales and operations, and report directly to the leadership team. Hybrid working in Chesterfield with occasional travel is available.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded and digitally aware with ideas to grow a brand.
• Experience in e-commerce, D2C or digital marketing roles.
• Ideally 3–7 years of relevant experience with a degree or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the B2C e-commerce operation.
• Develop social media, digital marketing and promo campaigns.
• Improve website, online journey and product presentation.
• Identify new customer, product and revenue opportunities.
• Use sales data to spot trends and drive growth.
• Explore new channels, partnerships and ideas.
