Job summary

Pertemps Telford is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the B2C sales and marketing operation for an established electronics business in Telford. The role blends retail leadership with e-commerce, digital marketing and hands-on team management.

You will lead the retail team, set targets, coach staff and maximise every sales opportunity, while owning online promotions, product listings, pricing, stock and social media presence to boost engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail sales team including performance management, coaching and daily support.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs to exceed expectations.
• Own e-commerce sales activity: listings, pricing, stock and online promotions.
• Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns across retail, e-commerce and social media.
• Grow social media presence and customer engagement to drive sales.
• Analyze sales and marketing performance and identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement the wider B2C strategy.
