FASHION//SZN in Manchester seeks an hands-on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to drive paid advertising, CRM, email marketing and social media. You will own digital channels, build campaigns and analyse ROI to grow online revenue.

Ideal candidates have fashion/e-commerce exposure, a strong grasp of Meta/Google ads and Klaviyo, plus a commercial mindset to optimise CAC/ROAS across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing Google Ads and Shopping campaigns.
• Proven ability to analyse metrics and optimise campaigns.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive online revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage Google Ads including Shopping and Performance Max.
• Oversee Klaviyo email campaigns and CRM flows.
• Plan marketing calendar around launches and promotions.
• Coordinate influencer, creator and UGC activity when needed.
• Analyse performance and report on KPIs weekly and monthly.
