Job summary

Worley Field Services seeks a commercially astute Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth across UK fabrication and site services, expanding the customer base and securing long-term agreements while maximizing utilisation of Grimsby facilities.

The role requires delivering a rolling growth strategy for Fabrication, Site Installation, Operations and Maintenance, and working with workshop and site teams to convert opportunities into profitable work that meets customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BD or Sales within fabrication, engineering, construction, industrial services or manufacturing environments
• Local knowledge and based local to the Grimsby region
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets in a technical setting

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and deliver a measurable growth strategy for fabrication, site services and related offerings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted commercial partner
• Lead and support bid submissions, pricing strategies, and tendering activities
• Collaborate with operations to ensure handover from bid to fabrication and execution
