Job summary

Worley Field Services seeks a commercially astute Business Development Manager to drive growth across fabrication and site services in the UK. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, securing long-term agreements and optimising utilisation of Grimsby facilities while upholding Worley’s safety, quality and governance standards.

The role involves delivering a rolling growth strategy for Fabrication + Site Installation, Operations and Maintenance, working with workshop, project and site

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BD or Sales in fabrication/industrial services.
• Local to Grimsby region.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in technical/operational settings.
• Knowledge of fabrication services (pipework, structural steel, welding, E&I).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a rolling growth strategy for Fabrication + Site Installation, Operations and Maintenance services.
• Win new customers and secure long-term agreements.
• Coordinate with workshop, project and site teams to convert opportunities into profitable work.
• Lead ITT, RFQ and bid submissions with engineering, fabrication and construction teams.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasts and reporting for senior management.
