Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Advisor to join our Driffield team. You will proactively identify new opportunities, contact prospects by telephone and email, and help drive revenue through targeted outreach.

This role suits someone with telesales or lead-generation experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of using CRMs to manage opportunities. Monday–Friday, with a base salary of £26,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, telesales or lead generation.
Strong telephone skills and ability to generate leads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activity.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact prospective customers by telephone and email to develop new business opportunities.
Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries and prospective clients.
Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand needs.
Identify, qualify and progress new business opportunities.
Manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely records of all interactions and follow-ups.
Handle incoming enquiries and ensure they are appropriately qualified and routed.
Work closely with the marketing team to nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to help identify opportunities for growth.
Deliver targeted business development campaigns in line with agreed objectives.
Attend meetings and undertake other reasonable duties as directed by senior management.
