Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team in Driffield. You will lead recruitment for senior-level and specialist roles while supporting broader HR activities across onboarding, employee relations, retention and HR initiatives.

You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, driving improvements in recruitment processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in headhunting and direct candidate approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness in recruitment and supplier management.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
• Central point of contact for recruitment across the business.
• Ensure recruitment processes and approvals are followed.
• Support HR with lower-level recruitment activity.
• Develop recruitment processes, matrices and profiles.
• Create and oversee job descriptions and recruitment documents.
• Manage offer and contract processes.
• Develop preferred supplier lists and partnerships.
• Support onboarding and recruitment systems training.
• Contribute to employee experience and retention initiatives.
