Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions in Driffield is seeking a highly organised Business Development Researcher to support the sales team with data-driven insights.

You will gather, verify and map prospect and customer data, research target organisations and stakeholders, and provide market intelligence to drive opportunities.

The role uses AI tools, CRM systems and analysis to improve data quality and inform campaigns. Salary £30,000–£35,000 per year + bonus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, verify and maintain prospect and customer data within the CRM.
• Research and map target organisations, key accounts, stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Provide the Business Development and Sales teams with relevant data and market intelligence.
• Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation campaigns.
• Use AI tools and technology to improve research, data validation and insight generation.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support strategic initiatives.
